Quick update and vacation plus, 1 million? (Patreon)

Greetings patrons! Hope your summer is finishing up nicely. Brooklyn has been beset by the muggiest weather imaginable, I hope wherever you live is cooler than here! I wanted to give you all a brief update on goings on here at Tabletop Audio HQ:

Firstly, I'm headed off to the beach in North Carolina to spend a couple of weeks with my wife's family before the kids get back into the school thing. Summer has absolutely flown by! For the past several weeks I've been living in code-world (as opposed to sound-world) and was really (really really) hoping that I'd be able to finish a new site feature before I left but alas that has not happened. I have, however, made significant progress so I'm optimistic that I'll be able to get it completed fairly soon after I return. 

This years' ENnie awards at GenCon (which I did not attend) featured a lot of amazing works from some truly inspirational creators. Unfortunately Tabletop Audio did not win a medal in the 'best software' category but the gold went to the amazing Roll20 so really, who can complain about that, right?  If you voted for me then thank you!

Finally, traffic to the site has been steadily increasing (combined plays and downloads of the 10 minute ambiences have already passed the 1 million mark for the year), which is great, except that as I am committed to zero advertising, it just means that the bills have been higher. Which is to say that I'm exceedingly grateful that I can count on your monthly patronage to make all this possible. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
