Discord Roles! (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Thanks again for supporting the channel. I'm trying to figure out how to connect Patreon to Discord. I think I got it though, you should (if you're in the server) be automatically given the new Supporter role. If you haven't let me know (Here, or on Discord) and I'll manually add you!
