There are 4 stars that belong to the Desires' constellation, and the first among them is the Dawn star He is the eldest of the constellation, with powers over desire and growth.
His very existence is to help the ringbearers to break the bonds that hold them back, and let their Desires guide their heart, and help them grow, and if the ringbearers allow him, he will take those desires, and help them give them an extra boost as well ;3c...!
