Chapter 4 – Bully Girl, I

When I woke up, I thought I was in heaven.

That is because when I opened my eyes, I saw a girl who was as beautiful as an angel.

But this angel was frowning.

Her eyes were furrowed as if she was worried about something, which made me slightly concerned that it might cause permanent damage to her beautiful face.

If that happened, her beauty would be ruined.

Apart from being beautiful, she has short auburn hair that is now shiny and dripping with moisture.

Together with her long eyelashes and slightly pouting lips, it made her so attractive that my heart stopped.

The girl was wearing a sailor uniform.

But it was wet.

Apart from the lined navy blue collar, the white part of her blouse was clinging to her skin because of the wetness.

This made the blue bra that encased her bell-shaped breasts slightly transparent.

Underneath was a short navy blue skirt with fluttering pleats.

I was lying on my back, so I was looking up at her from below.

This allowed me to catch a glimpse of her blue panties, which seemed to match the design of her bra, as they were identical down to the seams.

The legs that extended beyond the skirt were also neither too thin nor too thick, and like her upper body, they were wet, with drops of water tracing an ideal curve that only emphasized her suppleness.

“Hey, you… are you all right?”

Her voice was as sweet as the ringing of a bell, but I couldn’t make out what she was saying.

More importantly, I had no idea what she was asking or that she recognized me, even though I didn’t, to the point that her tone was as if we weren’t strangers.

She calls me “you” with a hint of familiarity. In other words, she knows this “I”.

But who exactly is this “I” she was talking about?

“Suddenly, a person fell from the sky and fell into the river, so I rushed to pull him up, but I didn’t expect it to be you.”

But even though I don’t know myself, this girl seems to know me.

“Where am I?”

I ask her anyway, even though my head is full of question marks.

“In the woods near Andersen. What the hell have you been doing?”

“I don’t know.”

“You don’t know? How can that be?”

She replied with a hint of annoyance.

“It’s true. I really don’t know. Besides, why is a girl like you all alone in these woods?”

“Well, you see, I’m, I’m, I’m…”

You are…?”

“Picking flowers.”

For some reason, the girl says this in a hushed voice, then looks away.

“What? Is that weird?”

“What do you mean?”

“Because, you know, I was a bit of a rough girl at school… so something like flowers doesn’t suit me. You must think so, right?”

“With a girl as beautiful as you, why wouldn’t flowers suit you?”

When I blurted out such a thought, she opened her delicate eyelids wide and froze with a look of astonishment.

“Y-you. Are you real?”

I tilt my head, not understanding what she means.

“You’ve never talked like this before.”

“Is that so? It just means you seem to know who I am, so let me ask you – who am I?”

At that moment, it was as if the air around us had stopped, although I could feel the wind blowing through the cedar trees.

“It seems you have amnesia.”

“Hmmm. I don’t know. But I can’t remember why I’m here and what I am.”

“That’s what amnesia is.”

The beautiful girl sighs.

“Maybe it’s because you hit your head, or maybe you were hit by a spell… but either way, I’m sorry. I didn’t really know what the hell you were before we’vse met.”

“What the hell do you mean…? Gaaahh!”

It happened just as I was about to stand up in rebuke.

A sharp pain, like a bolt of lightning, went from the back of my head to my solar plexus, and my vision went blurry.

“Ughhhhh…!”

“H-hey! Are you all right?”

As I felt the coolness of the girl’s arm as she rushed to me, I blacked out again.

○●○●

I don’t know how long I was unconscious, but when I woke up, I was all alone.

But I am not in the forest anymore.

I’m in a house? And I am lying on a bed.

The ceiling is inorganic grey, but if I look to the side, I can see old furniture, such as dull-colored drawers and chairs, which give the room an elegant atmosphere.

When I raised my upper body, my head still hurt a little.

At that moment, I suddenly felt a black haze rising in my chest.

I didn’t know what it was for a while, but I thought about it and soon realized that it was ‘fear’.

Right now, I don’t know who I am, so I don’t know what I’ve been living on.

Well, I still have the ability to breathe in and out, so I still know how to exist.

I have thoughts, and I have an ego.

But it is precisely because people are bound by their environment and the life they have spun out of a string of pearls that they are able to make decisions about their actions based on certain standards.

Conversely, I am now free because I have no preconditions.

But this freedom has made my existence too unstable and ambiguous.

I jumped out of bed with unspeakable excitement, ruffled the tangled sheets, and kicked at the door.

To find the girl, of course.

She is the only wedge I can hold on to now. If I lost her here, it would be the same as being left alone in another world.

Surprisingly, I was able to find her quickly.

As I walked into the corridor, I heard a girl’s pretty voice saying “nn-nn” from the room opposite where I was sleeping.

I thought it must be her voice, but I felt uneasy that it might not be her, so I quickly looked at the crack in the wooden door, which was slightly open, to check.

Well, it was indeed the girl I had met, but her appearance was so unexpected that I gulped.

She was sitting on a chair, the right side of her beautiful leg propped up on the armrest, holding a vibrating toy over her panties in her rolled-up pleated skirt.

The toy looked familiar.

It was pink and egg-shaped, with a magic ore inside that vibrated.

I don’t know what it was called, but I’m sure it was completely a sexually oriented adult toy.
