Hi !

It's all in the title, or almost!

Here we go, I started, and already well advanced (it must be said that I had already worked a lot before :p) on the management, in desktop mode, of the mouse and the fact of sticking a hand on a character's fur.

The result does not look too much for the moment, I grant it to you without problem. But we already have a technical feasibility that is in place and it's already huge!

It is the result of the combination of several implementations between collider management (see my previous post) and unity raytracing management.

For this to result in integration into the game, I still have to implement several elements such as adjusting the angle of the hand, managing the opening of the hand to fit the body of the character ( the idea is that both the palm of the hand and the fingers stick to the character in a natural way. If I can, the task seems difficult to me. When I see other games managing this type of interaction without the hand sticks completely to the character, I tell myself that it may just be too hard to do), make these movements coexist with the increase/reduction of the character's excitement (the famous climax)

To be continued !

Enjoy,

Anthrius
