Characters must have "5 or more votes" to be included in the lottery pool.

2. High voting volume or more than 20 votes will continue to appear next month, in addition, the future can be filtered into the animation character voting pool.

3. Before the end of the voting, there is a chance to finish the voting characters that appear in the pool in advance.

4. If there are less than 5 votes for a character in that month, please stop repeating your suggestion for the next month, so that other characters can have a chance to join, and you are welcome to continue suggesting after the next month.
