See this, this is where I know I made a good decision this week. Very happy to be here and listen to your cute little rambles. My brain isn't being very nice to me either. I decided on eating something, making myself a coffee with vanilla oat milk and coming here. Which, fucking great choice. So already feeling better. 👌🏻 That big strong hug that would make it all better isn't on the horizon sadly but I'm gonna put myself into a blanket burrito to feel comfy and smol, listen to you and read my book. Take good care of yourself too. You're such a kind soul, I already can tell. 🥰

My brain is always mean to me. Heavy physical activity followed by a snack that negates the workout while I watch a horror movie is my go-to routine to quiet my hateful mind most times. I'm sorry your brain is being mean. I hope the ice cream helped. BTW, what flavor did you end up getting? Hopefully it was mint chocolate chip. That's top 3 for me. 😁
