Hey there! Oxdarock here!

The first update of this month's comic has been posted and with it comes news!

Posting schedule

I've been pretty frantic to get updates posted the past few months, so I never really settled into a posting schedule, so now I'm going to aim more towards posting paid updates on Thursdays. It won't be every Thursday since there are several times when I won't or can't make a post like if I've reached four posts for the month or if I'm just starting a new comic/image set. In the case I haven't reached four posts for the month, I might squeeze in several updates either on the last Thursday or the day after. I'll usually know ahead of time if I'm going to do this, so keep on the lookout for announcements!

Voting Polls

There's currently a voting poll going underway that will end this Saturday. The topic is to see which character from the second issue of the Snapzine will possibly get a comic in the future showcasing their transformation! I sent a link about a week ago, so please check your messages and vote if you haven't already!

While that voting poll is about to end, I'm getting ready to start a new one, one that I meant to have started some time ago! It's time for the first ever LLT Guest Voting Poll! (I totally did not just come up with that name on the spot) As I've stated before, I intend to post the LLT comics publicly. However, there will also be a store edition with extra pictures. As of writing this, I intend to have at least eight pictures, four of which will have characters decided by me while the remaining four will be decided via the voting poll. I'd also like to mention that the four pictures I draw will count as a paid update, however the pictures drawn via voting poll will not.

Here's how the voting poll will work. Level 2 patrons and higher can suggest characters to be added as choices in two polls. Once the suggestions have been sent in, the voting polls will be held to decide the winner! Due to the shortage of patrons, as well as the complexity of how the suggestions will work, please hold off on your suggestions for now as I'll go over it more in detail in a separate post.

Discount Commissions

As of this comic, I'll be offering discount commissions for patrons. There are, however, a few rules:

1. Commissions must be Lusty Lamp based (at the time of writing this the only option available is something introduced from the Lusty Lamp Tours)

2. Shading level must be Standard Shading (which is what I usually use for most of my works) or higher.

3. Commissions must agree to allow me the rights to include the commissioned picture(s) in an image pack that I intend to sell. To this extent, the commissioner must agree to give up the right to publicly post their commission.

For commissions that fit these conditions, commissioners get a $10 discount off each character with no extra charge for the backgrounds as well as a free copy of the image pack the commission was included in! At the level 1 tier this come up to about a $25 discount (My usual price for image packs), however patrons at a higher tier get more off on the discount per character!

One last thing. As these are works that I tend to sell in my store, commission requests that I give the discount to are up to my decision. This is more of a case-by-case situation, and I am willing to talk through an idea more than usual, but I just wanted to give a heads up so that people don't have their hopes outright shattered. ^^;

Zazzle Store

This last bit is more of just a "by the way, I'm doing this now" type thing, but I'm working on a Zazzle shop. As of now, there's nothing in it, but I just wanted to let people know. Here's a link for anyone interested in checking something out.

And that's pretty much it. It's a lot of news and I'll have to rewrite my OxFAQs page soon, but that's all the news for today! It's all a lot to take in, so if you have any questions, please feel free to leave a message or email me at oxdaman@gmail.com.
