It's time for the final round of voting! Let's get right into it! The choices are:

9. Rei Miyamoto, Saeko Busujima, and Shizuka Marikawa (HOTD), conjoined, arguing over who gets to service Takashi’s dick first. 

10. Kotori Itsuka (Date a Live) conjoined with Natsumi and Yoshino (same show), with six-arms, big breasts, and a massive ass, due to Natsumi messing up her spell partway.
