Those who play Arknights (or gacha in general) will probably understand the entire context of this picture based on the dialogue alone as it more or less explains my experience with the Dusk/Saga limited banner that ended about a week ago.

In the year and a half I’ve been playing gacha, this was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had. I know it’s not the worse gacha experience someone can have (I was there for the Tectone Staff of Homa pulls), nor is it the worst in Arknights since I only spent around $70, give or take, to get her (thank god I ignored all those challenge modes), but it was still frustrating all the same. I can’t say I have an issue with how the limited banner works, but at the very least the pity should be 100 less. 300 pulls is just ridiculous…

All that said, looking back, I somehow still feel that this was a positive experience. Just one of those cases where you’ve experienced a really bad low, but can better prepare for it in the future. In my case, pretty much every banner from here to the next limited one with summer Ch’en (one of my top favorites from this game) is virtually nonexistent. Besides, had I not had that experience, I probably wouldn’t have drawn this, so that’s certainly a plus.
