Wanted to do something special and give a bit of commentary for my patrons regarding the title page I went with for Patron Picks book 5.

So, for anyone who's gotten the pack and/or kept up with my Patreon over the past four months, you'll notice that nearly half of the pictures feature conjoinment. I've mentioned it in the afterword, but since the beginning of this "series", I settled on making the title page the theme that takes up the most spots (or ties for it) in that particular book. You can even look back at previous books to see this.

Anyway, since the first conjoinment picture featuring Sizilan(s) focused on the breasts (more or less), as you can see, I decided to focus on the multiple feet this time around (fun fact: I actually didn't realize that I drew Sizilan(s) with three legs until I checked again a minute ago). Since punishing OxBox has become a thing since book two, I thought having him crushed by feet was the perfect setup!

...I say that, but, similar to hands, I spent way longer trying to figure out the foreshortening of their feet than I'd wanted (I'm so slow! *cries*). It's not as simple as drawing one big nub and four little ones. Just ask any feet focused artist. That said, I'm fairly satisfied with how they turned out. One thing that might come as a surprise was the decision to draw the middle foot with two big  toes. I mean, it makes sense, right? I mean, wouldn't it look more awkward if out of three feet, two were left/right? Plus it might create a balance issue (y'know, if you want to get technical).

On another note, I've slowly been drawing the heads of conjoinment closer together for some time now. I've been trying to settle on a perfect distance where two (or more) conjoined heads can make out with one another while looking perfectly natural. Given how the neck moves in relation to one's shoulders (when you lean to one side, your shoulders rise and fall), I think this might be the perfect distance, though I could possibly bring them even closer. Only thing that might be a bother is drawing overlapping hair, but that's just something I need to get creative with.

Lastly, as for why I went with Tygra this time around, I also mentioned this in the afterword, but I felt that she was one of the characters in my roster who could do this with little context, given that she's a genie and all (which is very easy to forget). I have an idea of what to draw should conjoinment "win" again (which it probably will), but I'm a bit concerned about who to draw for it. Then again, given the last picture with Lati and that the OxBox is pretty much the plot tool, I could probably just go with anybody. My first thought would be Roxanne, but maybe I'll give someone else a chance to shine...

Anyway, that's a quick(?) commentary on my thought process behind this picture. Hope you enjoyed it! And for those who couldn't bother to read this, I hope you at least enjoyed the picture! Look forward to the next one! Who will it be, I wonder...?

Until next time!
