Change to Patron Pick Polls (Patreon)

First things first! Despite the title, the way I handle Patron Picks will still be completely the same for patrons. It'll still be two rounds and everyone will get three votes. 

However, the way the winners will be chosen will now be different. Until now, I've picked one winner each round. However, now  the first round will be a preliminary round, which will cut the number of remaining choices by a third, and the second round will be the final round. Two winners will be chosen, one via most popular vote and one via my own pick (tiebreakers I'll just decide myself). 

Reason I decided to do this is because, while I've been satisfied with picking the winners myself and I feel it makes the polls somewhat more interesting, it makes the votes themselves have less meaning, particularly for higher tier patrons. This change I feel will give more meaning the votes, particularly one for higher tier patrons, while still giving most choices a decent chance and keeping things interesting. 

Think of it this way: the biggest hurdle will be for a suggestion to make it to the final round, which is even easier since I've been getting 27-30 every month (meaning the final round will be either 9 or 10 spots). After that, it's just a matter of whether a suggestion appeals a majority of people who've thrown the most money at me, or if it appeals to my own tastes/mood.
