The voting ended yesterday and here are the results! The top 5 were:

Wow. I didn't realize this when I put up the poll, but there sure were a lot of CJ related suggestions this time around. Anyway, based on my whims, the one winner is... #4 "Ms. Smith (Monster Musume) lounging in her underwear with a Cushion-sized booty, Huge-sized boobs, and big lips"! I was honestly surprised that #4 came as high as it did, both in the final tally and the number of people who voted for it. I was also surprised that not many people picked either of the Highschool DxD choices, with #10 barely making top 5. As for why I went with the Monster Musume pick, while I was impartial enough with most of the choices to nearly consult Wheel-kun, #4 had just one detail that made me want to give it a go (try guessing what that was).
