Status Update June 2020 (Patreon)

Hey there, Oxdarock here!

Thanks everyone for another great month of support! As many have heard, Patreon has started applying sales tax to patron's pledges. I've done the best that I can to adjust my tiers so that my patrons aren't taxed or are affected as little as possible. Hopefully, this doesn't hit people too hard. Anyway, time for news!

At the moment, my current plans for June are to finish a lot of works: commissions, sketches, HE requests, etc. I'm starting to build up a lot of sketches that I no idea when they'll be finished, so that's looking to have a lot more value than I expected. The suggestion period for this month's Patron Pick Polls will also be open soon, so stay tuned to that post.

As for commissions, after I finish my current batch, I'm not sure how I'l tackle future ones. I feel bad that I haven't finished the ones I accepted back in February, due to either a lack of motivation and/or time, so I might accept one or two every now and then when the mood strikes me. 

Lastly, I'm considering opening a Pixiv Fanbox account. I've been studying Japanese a lot more this year and even though I'm not super proficient at it, I might be able to hack some translations of my work, at least a little. Either way, I want to start expanding my audience, so wish me luck if I go through with it!

EDIT: Mistake on the date when sales tax will be applied. It will occur on July 1st, not June 1st. Also, during May I broke the 100 patron mark! Yaaayy!!!! \o/ (Don't know if I'll draw anything for it though...)
