Regarding 2nd Polls for Patron Picks: Should they restart at 0 or be added to the first round? (Patreon)

Now that I've done this a few times, I thought I'd get people's input on how I run Patron Pick Polls. I ask is because the number of votes for the 2nd round has not only been much lower, but also more spread out, most likely due to the sheer number of choices. 

So the question is just as the title says: Should I start the votes for the 2nd round of the at zero or should I add them to the results of the first poll? I'll pick whichever people decide on next month so the time limit for this poll will be April 4.
