(COM) Misty the Sea Titan (Patreon)

A commission for Entropy-Zeta and next of the Pokétitans girls, Misty the Sea titan! Quite a lovely looking goddess of the sea, wouldn't you agree?

Think this came out pretty well. Still feel that my backgrounds are still pretty mediocre, but it serves it's purpose well enough here. The dripping effect of the water was a last minute decision, and like the background, although it could be a lot better, it does the job just right.
