I think you read Yuvin pretty well in the beginning there. Confidence in yourself works better when you aren't also the type with loud and pushy personality which Yuvin has. For example, Seungyoun is also confident in himself and his abilities but he uses that to help the team instead of propping himself up in a group needlessly. I don't know if you read this anywhere but he took the main vocal part in Love Shot because none of the other boys could do those high notes even though he was prepared to be a rapper on the show. The way he helped and encouraged Sejin though, I think he does the same for the other X1 members and that's so touching to think of especially in these difficult times:(( Btw, so happy to hear the next episode will come sooner! I need good X1 content these days and you're a joy to watch<3

Yuvin is a sweetheart I think he was just severely desperate and thought this was his last chance because his company was disbanding myteen. Which they did. Luckily he still is with kookheon ❤️

So the highest note in MAMA was sung by our mysterious JYP boy if you didn’t catch that! I’m glad they didn’t cut out his voice but if you notice they cut to wide shots during his parts in the song. He’s obviously a talented singer and I’m sad we missed out on him in the show because of his scandal ☹️

Thank you for this reaction video ! Same for Yuvin tbh. During the show, i was really put off by his "cockiness" and his "greed". Seems like a lot of international viewers had the same problem, whereas korean viewers appreciated him more. After the end of the show, when Myteen was disbanded, i finally understood why he was acting so desperately, it was really his last chance, he had to do well, and even if he reached the finale, it wasn't enough to save his group 😥. This, and the fact he has redebuted as a duo with one of my picks during pdx101, Kookheon, makes me more indulgent with him when i rewatch the episodes ... It was during this episode i started to notice Seungyoun, not because of the Love Shot perf in itself, but because of his kind and wise words to Sejin. I was shocked to hear stuff like "what if others are disappointed ? you are persevering, you're doing good !!!", on a SURVIVAL show, and a KOREAN survival show. That's not the most common mindset in both contexts haha ♥

yeah, they usually hype up the center big time but instead of dongpyo, this season they decided to hype up yohan bcs they probably knew he would be popular enough and out of the popular trainees producer probably liked him the best. let's be real.. yohan's screen time during the whole show is no joke lol

I never actually got myself to like Yubin honestly. Up until the end he didnt change his attitude and even tho his friend Suhwan needed the position at some point, he didnt care, he just went for main vocal in every round and got it in every round if I remember correctly, not sure about the second one tho. Being driven and passionate is attractive trait but my perspective on it is just kinda different than his fans i guess.
