All these other rituals: Cumfirmation, Cummunion etc. aren't formal sacraments that all Sisters and slaves are expected to participate in. The Daughters of Lilith are much more chaotic. The nuns just decide they want to have a certain kind of orgy and then do it. Some might form into traditions over time, but right now they're being done on a whim. Ultimately, they're all the Sacrament of Carnal Bliss.
