Still can’t shake this anxiety. Started off good today but smoked and I feel like it triggered it. Could my precious cannabis be betraying me?


Tonight I am going to allocate times in my calendar where I do nothing throughout the day. This September challenge has highlighted how difficult it is to prioritize myself outside of work. Feels impossible because I feel like I’m so close to something big and can’t drop the ball.


Can anyone relate? Also, should I stop smoking? That doesn’t feel like an option 😭

Hiyee. I sure can relate! The cannabis could be triggering you. Maybe try a cbd strain like acdc for some balance. That's been my favorite when my anxiety is high. You have a plethora of cbd-hybrid options out in CA. I'm in Baltimore so not too much selection 🤪 Hang in there mama 🤗

have spacific strains like indicas that will help with anxiety and keep it just for those moments you are feeling it. and then just smoke 1 bowl of it. i think before u do something crazy like stop smoking u should se if you can better use the flower for its purpose. id say stop drinkin for a bit before u stop smoking
