Hey Tribe!

It’s day one of the 14 Mental Detox breathwork challenge! I just completed class #1 and feel so ready to start my day! We are doing this as a Tribe on Discord under the #breathworkchallenge channel so make sure you tap in so we can keep each other accountable.

Breathing seems like a pretty basic concept since it’s the way we stay alive! However, 90% of people shallow breathe all day and then wonder why their day is filled with anxiousness stress, fatigue, and lack of focus. Breathwork has been proven to help with depression, ease, mental flow fog, and even, generate high forms of euphoria. I’m so excited to do this challenge with you guys and explore this beautiful natural modality which is an easy way to enhance our lives.
