[Update]Raffle-related benefit update (Patreon)

So reading through the Patreon terms and conditions before starting a raffle, turns out they have a strong stance against them, so I have taken that benefit down and planned to replace it with a "Fan Suggestion" Benefit.

Where patrons of that tier get to suggest a commission they would like sketched like before BUT putting it to a vote for the rest of the patrons to decide which gets chosen.

I think that sounds fair to have high tiers be able to suggest a drawing a month and letting the community vote on which idea they'd like to see.

Will be sending out messages to patrons for the suggestions to be voted on.
