I dunno if this is the right place for it; but would it be possible: A) To see how much a opponent needs to come to become satisfied/submissive? The Goblin fights especially seem to drag on forever unless you just try to beat the little bugger down. B) To see how much in debt you are? C) Maybe its working as intended, but is it correct that the Skilled perk only gives you extra skill point on the level you choose iT?

The Skilled perk gives you two skill points and that's it, yes. You can see debt on the Character screen. And yeah, you'll be able to see/learn how to satisfy opponents - in the goblin's case, topping them up the butt three times, or becoming stuffed full yourself.
