So basically, this episode was first made with human reporters that did actually air in some countries, but they changed it due to (apparently) everyone except the creator and Richard Oerall (major crew member that also plays the live action Kip) not being a fan of it. Hulu, for whatever reason, put up each segment of the Live-Action reporter ones, despite it never airing in the US at all.
