the way all genesis characters are rigged, if you lower the arms to low, there is going to be some clipping underneath the arm pits, with the upper arm and torso. and this will make the draping of the garment underneath the armpit problematic. to solve it, just do the normal morphing as always and if you have a weird result on the sleeve caused of  the clipping, lower the "shrinkage warp %" to about 50. that will really tighten up the sleeve. then slowly increase that number again with the simulation turn on, so you can see when it start to look right again.
