this is not an easy one to use.

first remove all the tacks. you can do that by clicking on the pin icon above the 3d view.
"ctrl A" and delete/backspace
then do the normal thing we always do.
now comes the hard part. you have to manual make the swirls in front of the blazer. you can do this by using either pins or tacks, which ever you think is the most easiest to use.

this is the first time im using shoulder pads in a garment, i think it looks nice, but they make the cloth above the shoulder pads a bit twitchy. be sure if you change the particle distance to keep the shoulder pad low. dont put them higher then 10 cause they will start eatig up the garment.

and since pins can only be attached to the avatar and tacks dont work once a new avatar is imported, i cant set it up in advance for you guys, so good luck!
