I hope everyone who celebrates had a wonderful holiday! If you don't celebrate, then I hope it was a restful, revitalizing week for you all the same.
Cass got back to me with the color for this birthday drawing a few days after I sent her the lines! I love that she went with so many lush purples and blues, it wasn't what I expected which means it's always the most exciting to see. It's so interesting to see your lines colored by someone else because you get a sense of their own priorities lied beside yours in art, and it creates for a fascinating examination. I love getting to work with her, and given that I always color *her* lines, and in her style, for Indigents, it's really fun to have this swap.
