"No Chatter Clutter" & "Less Main Pie Clutter": Cleaning up the 'Friendly' Menu & the main pie menu (Patreon)

--------------- Intro and Why This Mod ---------------

You know I'm not one for tiny mods, but sometimes, too much is too much, and something in the game annoys me enough that I want to change it for my own use. 
Well, like many of you, the extreme clutter of the "Friendly" pie menu has driven me to madness on many occasions.

There is a similar mod by Bienchen called 'Conversation tweaks', but as I wanted to pick what to remove from my game, be able to temporarily re-activate the interactions with a couple clicks, and I don't like using pure override mods, I made my own.
Here comes 'No Chatter Clutter', first version. 

----------------- Mod Description: No Chatter Clutter ----------------

This mod removes 44 (!) 'useless' (in my view) interactions from being visible in the "Friendly" menu. 

 -Full list a little farther below-

- It applies only to played Sims, because it's made to reduce pie menu clutter, and not really to remove the interactions. 

I can make a version for all Sims if you'd rather , but since you don't see the pie menu of NPCs I didn't see the point in demanding more game ressources for that!

- You can re- activate them temporarily for a Sim, in case someday you want your Sim to 'Brag about Handiness' or 'Enthuse about Iambic Pentameters'. To do so go to 'Actions' and then 'No Chatter Clutter'. 

Want me to make an option to enable the chatter permanently for specific Sims? Ask and I will!

(the 3 spellcaster ones are included because they ALWAYS feature on the first page when you click on Sims, rendering them super annoying).

-------------Mod Description: Less Front Page Clutter --------------

NEW: Sister Mod! "Less Front Page Clutter". 

This one is a 'dumb override' piece, and it simply relocates interactions from the front page menu when clicking on Sims to another menu, for a less cluttered experience. This is especially useful for Celebrity Sims, whose menus become very cluttered. See screenshots below for all interactions and menus that have been moved to a new menu called "More Interactions":

COMPATIBILITY NOTES:

- "Less Front Page Clutter" is made of overrides and overwrites all the interactions and menus shown in the screenshots above. The Optional module REQUIRES City Living, Get Together, Get Famous and Parenthood.

- "No Chatter Clutter" has NO overrides, only new tuning, and should not be able to conflict with anything. It does NOT require to have any packs.

Grab both mods or only one of them, it's up to you! 

'No Chatter Clutter' comes in an archive containing a script and a package file.
'Less Front Page Clutter' is just a package file.

Thank you! You just removed so much of the frustration I was experiencing having to click so much to get to the Friendly interactions I have with other mods that I want to use for gameplay! Thank you so much I love your mods!

OMG I love this. A modder created one where the vampire interactions were removed and I was going to try to figure out how he did it so I could add to the mod. Which would have probably taken me a year to figure out. You are the best!!!

They're up to date, Rambunctious need a to be dusted off a bit but it's functional. If you mean updated as in, more stuff added in them - that would be once Woohoo Wellness & Pregnancy Overhaul has had all its planned parts released, since that one is too big a project to allow for having too many other things going on at the same time. Hope that answers it

When I download this version it tells me to not use it unless I have wonderful whims but I also have wicked whims and when I download both it tells me that I have to delete one so what do I do

You mean the Woohoo Wellness mod? Because the mod on thus page (No Chatter Clutter łhas no requirements. If we're talking Woohoo Wellness: If you have wonderful whims, get the wonderful whims version. If you have wicked whims, get the normal version and the extra file. If you have both wonderful whims and wicked whims, then that will likely be a problem for this mod. Wonderful is the same as wicked but without the adult stuff, can I ask what's the point of having both together?

Hey, just wanted to check: does this conflict with Bienchen's thing? Or simply do the same thing in a different way? Just so I know if I should delete her version when I download!

It won't conflict. I don't know exactly how much overlap there is between the two. But it won't cause any issues to have both. Because we use completely different methods to do it

Making this comment so folks know there's a bug with "Deep Conversation" and that no, it's not your mod, Lumpinou. Hoping to save you the trouble. After the patch, if you don't have Snowy Escape, "Deep Conversation" has disappeared. You can still fulfill the interaction with "Share Stories of Personal Challenges" (or "Share Pirate Yarns" on Pirate Day), but otherwise, it's gone. If you have Snowy Escape, it's there. There's an EA bug report going on. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-Deep-conversation-falsely-renamed-without-SE/m-p/9728304/highlight/true#M161320 Just want to make sure no one comes here, thinking it's your mod. :) And thank you so much for this!! I don't dread the Friendly menu anymore, lol.

I've added it just a bit ago actually, feel free to grab the mod again. I also added an optional module, be sure to read what it does and delete the file for it if you don't want it. :)

I installed the updated version and the optional module. Both are working perfectly. I really appreciate the condensed menu when clicking on my sim, on top of the Friendly menu cleanup. Thank you again!

I was looking for a similar mod one that reorganized the conversations. having more subcategories. ask ... under a subcategory and so forth. is this possible? if not I'm so downloading this.

I saw a mod from Kuttoe that move all the "Ask" questions into a separate category. Would that cause a conflict to this mod since there are "Ask If Mermaid" and "Ask about favorite author" on the list?
