Hello all! Just a very quick message to update you on compatibility for WooHoo Wellness & Pregnancy Overhaul.

- Paternity tests are now compatible with Wicked Whims, with or without Native Pregnancy Override on or off, with or without my protection system in.

Grab files as you normally would and in addition grab the compatibility fix file.

Note, it won't work with WW's interactions, but it will work with WooHoo and Try for Baby. I figured out what in WW blocked my systems and found a workaround.
If you're a user of WW's interactions, you can still get the paternity system, this is the way: if your Sim has WW'd with another who has ability to impregnate, you can click them, go to the actions menu, find my mod's menu, and use "Mark Sim as WooHoo'd With recently'. As far as my system is concerned, that Sim will be considered as a potential impregnator if a pregnancy happens soon after (you can also have the Sims woohoo in addition to doing WW stuff, but the cheat interaction is easier and quicker).

- For those who have missed it: Wonderful Whims compatibility versions are back up for the public and early access versions of WooHoo Wellness & Pregnancy Overhaul. Go grab them if you want them :)
Other than that, over the past few days I uploaded small fixes to the v1.2 of the mod, I'd say re-download if you use it :)
This mod has gotten big and it's hard to think of everything at once!
Feel free to contact me for any question.
Best,
Lumpinou

Thank you so much for working so hard ❤️❤️

Thank you for working so hard to get this working for us!! You are truly amazing!!!

Just curious. Will there be compatibility with Wicked’s interactions in the possible future?

lumpinou

Not likely. That can't be done unilaterally and Turbo and I agreed previously that we'll work together on compatibility for wonderful whims but not for wicked whims. Unless that were to change, which I'm not expecting it to in the near future, that won't happen...

Anonymous

Just want to make sure I add the compatibility package properly. Do I add it in addition to all other files or replace the existing paternity file with this.

Anonymous

Thanks! AMAZING job BTW.

Amazing work as always!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Though I am intrigued by the Lifestyles and Sentiments that EA are adding in Snowy Escape, I almost wish they'd leave it alone. I feel like the combination of your mods with Wonderful Whims and SOL give me the depth to personalities and relationships that I've been looking for. I can't thank you enough for the work you have put in. I've been enjoying the game immensely, thanks to you!

lumpinou

Thank you 😊 I am a bit worried about how that patch will mess with mods, to tell you the truth. But we'll see when we do! Thanks again for the nice words :)

I am a big fan of your mods. I am having to much fun passing wtd around...lol Thank you for your hard work.

I don't know what I may have done wrong, but the paternity is not working for me. I do have Wicked Whims, so I downloaded that compatibility file. I had a female sim whoo hoo, not WW, with 2 different guys, she ended up pregnant but none of the options for paternity come up. I have ALL the other options but not the paternity ones. I have the compatibility package in my Mods folder, so I have no idea what the issue could be.

Mizu

Just to check: did you make sure to delete your "localthumbcache" file before playing with the new compatibility file in your game?

lumpinou

Did you also get a zip file, not just the additional file? Did they Woohoo before getting the fix?

Anonymous

No, no zip file and no I made them woohoo after the fix. @lumpinou

lumpinou

You need a zip file. The compatibility fix is an extra file to add to the rest of the mod. The rest of the mod is in zip files offered for download. Do you still have the rest of the mod in?

Anonymous

Don't know how in the freak I missed the zip file. Thanks for the help. I will download the zip once I'm home.

Anonymous

Im sorry but im having that same issue.. what zip file. because i dowloaded everything you have

lumpinou

You need one zip file, one of the first two listed files in this post basically. And the extra fix file. Do you have that? Did you extract the zip, put contents in mod folder, and also put the additional package file there? And then what do you do and what issue do you mean? I need more detail and what happens in game.

Anonymous

I see now...it only works for try for baby not thru WW

lumpinou

Yes. WW is not my mod and therefore does not integrate my mod's processes in its interactions. If you want Sims WW'd with to count, use the cheat to mark them as Woohoo'd with.

Anonymous

Thank you

Of course it worked. :) Thanks again. Also, while I have your attention, I want to tell you that your mods freaking rock. I CAN NOT imagine playing my game without them.

Hello! Im having an issue with woohoo wellness part 3 and Wonderful Whims. Woohoo wellness seems to be only partially showing up in game..? For example, I can access it from the social interactions but for some reason when i shift + click the cheat console for woohoo wellness doesn't show up, even with testingcheats on.

lumpinou

That's normal, I moved the WTD cheats to the action menu, where the rest of cheats and settings for this mod already were :) I thought it made more sense to have everything in the same menu in the end

Anonymous

It doesn't seem to be there either, nor can I access any settings for the mod, Thank you for responding so efficiently btw, much appreciated.

lumpinou

If you click your sim and go to actions there's no menu for my mod?

Anonymous

there is, but some of the actions arent showing, Such as the settings. I only see 'test for WTDs' 'Buy condoms' 'get sterilization..' and 'define pregnancy wish'

lumpinou

These are interactions not settings. In the 'actions' menu there should be another menu from my mod where you will find the cheats

Anonymous

I understand these aren't settings, I was stating that the settings are one of the things that aren't showing up in my action menu. Im going to assume its something in my game specifically and do some looking, but thank you.

lumpinou

What confuses me is that you have other things so why would that not show... Do you have other mods by me and see their settings and cheats on the Actions menu ?

Anonymous

I just removed all the woohoo wellness files from my mods folder and re-downloaded the mod, it seems to be working fine now. I must have left an old file that I hadn't seen until now, but all is good now, Thank you again

lumpinou

Glad to hear that, I was really confused haha. Sorry I misunderstood what you were saying earlier and hopefully you'll have smooth gameplay with the mod from now on

Anonymous

Here's the funny thing ! I didn't even see this update until I rushed here to tell you that I got the paternity test to work with WW ! And I still don't even have the WW compatible file yet !

Anonymous

It was just luck to be honest lol. I initially removed wicked whims and was playing the game without it for a while (since your mod wasn't compatible), then I decided to re-add it. My married female sim ended up pregnant by her husband through the mcc commands mod system but before they found out about the pregnancy I made her woohoo with her husband and her friends with benefits. I don't know if this part is important but the pregnant sim and her fwb were off the home lot when I saw the "Deny Being Father" and "Ask for Paternity Test" interactions show up. I tried it, it worked, then I got excited and came straight here lol

lumpinou

The thing in WW that blocks the paternity system if my fix is not also installed is that potential impregnators are to be marked upon discovering pregnancy but WW apparently has something somehow modifying the pregnancy discovery and so my system didn't go through. I don't know how it worked without the additional fix file in your case if WW was in game at discovering pregnancy...

Anonymous

Hi Lumpinou! For some reason I can't get the "Mark Sim As WooHoo'd With Recently" prompt to show up for me. I've been trying to read through other comments to see if I could figure out what could be wrong, but I still haven't had any luck. Does my sim need to WooHoo/Try For Baby with more than one partner for it to appear? Also, I love your mods so much!

Anonymous

I downloaded the files in the ForUsersOfTeenPregMods zip and the addititional fix for WickedWhims file.

lumpinou

Hm then it should appear when you're playing a sim that can be impregnated and clicking on a sim that can impregnate. It's in 'actions' then 'Woohoo Wellness'. Is that where you were looking? 🤔

Anonymous

Yes that's where I've been looking and when I click it only 4 options show up :( I do have them all in a folder together inside of the Mods folder, I'm not sure if that would change anything?

lumpinou

When did you download? That option was added the same moment I added the additional fix file. So if you downloaded the rest previous to the additional compatibility fix file, it wouldn't be there. Just trying to think what's going on here

Anonymous

I downloaded for the first time when I saw that the additional fix had been added, I didn't have the mod before then.

lumpinou

Gotcha. Hm. This is odd then. I am going to out up updated files tomorrow fixing a couple little things; this won't be changed unless I find something off with it, but maybe it will work for you with the new files. In the meantime, you can just have Sims Woohoo after / before doing WW stuff and they will be counted for paternity testing stuff. Please write back to me tomorrow once you have the newer files and let me know it if shows then... :)

Anonymous

So I deleted everything and redownloaded and now its working! Not sure what happened the first time around but all is well now. Thank you so much for your help!
