End of the chapter.

Okay, I wanted this storyline to tie into the hotsprings story where Annie was worried about Tabitha stopping a criminal before they were allowed to be active heroes.  This is only something that could happen now, because they'll be official superheroes soon (after the tournament arc with the other girls in similar suits).

I tried to keep the animal talk in the villains speech.  hopefully it's okay, I when through a bunch of different versions.  I'm going to have him explain more directly on the next page that he's sending a tip to the group that oversee rogue heroes.

It's probably obvious the next chapter will be trying to fix the events of this page.
