Pulse 502 WIP 3 (Patreon)

Okay, I think this is done, it just needs me to finish the dialog.  BUT, I've run out of time and won't be able to work on it again until after midnight- so here's what I've got so far.

Annie is talking over a communicator with Lucy, wondering where's Charlotte.  Why is she taking so long?  Lucy says she can't reach Charlotte, but she hears noises.  Then the signal to the tracker goes out, and Annie jumps into action.

Obviously Charlotte has such a curious costume I don't want to spoil it yet.  I also want to make Annie face this a little by herself.
