Maximum Max 17 WIP 2 (Patreon)

Wow, I missed out on an important in-between stage.  There's a giant gap between the existing WIP steps.

This isn't the next page, but I was in ... mixed company and this was the closest possible page available due to that.  It also didn't require referencing a lot of previous pages.  Page 15 was moved on to my PC and wasn't easily transferred back to my tablet, and she's topless on page 16.

This suggests that Max lives in the same city as Pulse.  This page I think just needs color and any dialog.
