Pulse 479 WIP 1 (Patreon)

I was going to ask for suggestions for the costumes here, but didn't have any power or internet.  When I then had power but no internet, I looked in my folder of reference for ideas and found Sailor Moon reference.  I wanted to pick anime outfits for Tabitha and Jesse to continue suggesting that Tabitha is more connected to anime than comic books.

I'm not sure how Charlotte and Annie will be dressed.  They could could also be dressed up as Sailor Moon characters, as something else, or in the clothing from the last page to help show that Tabitha and Jesse are bonding and the only two in outfits.

I think I might alter Annie's line in the last panel.  Her acting like she doesn't know that Tabitha makes up stories doesn't seem right.
