Pulse 477 WIP 4 (Patreon)

Okay, time to give up on this page being done for this week and work on some other stuff.  Some of these outdoor pages with a lot of backgrounds are just going to take longer than other pages.

Not sure if I like Tabitha in the last panel better.  I kind of depends on if there's dialog or not, because it'll be harder to tell what she's thinking.  In the previous versions, it seemed like she was surprised like Charlotte.  Considering Tabitha always giving Annie advice, I kind of suspected she would at least warn Annie the dangers of wearing a bikini to a water park.  But instead of it seeming like "I told you so", it more looks like Tabitha is telling Annie not to care about it.  Might need some adjustments.
