The original Pulse, converted from the original GIF files to PNG files with newer programs.

This is where things start happening.  In my original plan, Annie would have had her rival in Sparrow and in this comic they would have fought and Annie would have won-- and the comic would have been only three chapters long, so that would mostly be the end.

But here, I added Nigel Robbins at the end of the last chapter and I start adding new elements in this chapter.  In this version, Connor is an old spy, instead of a retired superhero.  This version had spy elements in addition to the superhero elements.

I first set up that Port Braddon is sort of related to King Authur.  I had designed the story to be a little like Dragonball Z, with different sagas.  Nigel would be the villain for the first saga, and the second saga villain would be Merlin for a magic versus technology focus.

I also wanted to give them a superhero ally, and there's the Silver Dragon (who is probably Thomas).  I think I implied something here one idea I had that Annie's bust would grow whenever she wasn't wearing the suit, or in some kind of special room.  I didn't follow through with that though.

And then I gave it a dramatic end to help set up both a way for Annie to quickly use the suit, and also a challenge.

I feel like with this set you're starting to see my current style and storytelling methods begin.
