So what happens here is that Charlotte starts using her animal forms here.

 She first turns into her snake form and uses her legs to throw Tabitha-- who then grabs her leg and throws Charlotte.  Charlotte then turns to her eagle form to stop in midair.  Then Annie and Tabitha both tackle Charlotte.

I'm not sure if they shock her or not.

Then she compliments them.  This is going to be the end of the training part of the story.  This chapter is about Annie and Tabitha taking (long absent from her life) Charlotte out around the town during the rest of the day.
