There's kind of limited options for this page to be more than boobs with heads and arms around them-- even Mimi in the last panel based on the point of view and limited space.

The point here is that Mimi has two reversal methods she also bought, and she'll explain both.  One of them gives Jen freedom- under certain hopefully funny conditions.  Mimi will keep the other reversal option just in case, but she says she's always wanted to be really huge.

So Mimi will be the always huge one, and Jen is the one who will be pretty big but can get impossibly big if she's not careful.
