Pulse 452 & 453 WIP 1 (Patreon)

Page 452-

• A drowsy Mean Evie.
• The woman with smoke powers changes her smoke to something that'll knock Mean Evie out.
• Mean Evie mouth blasts blowing the smoke away and revealing two of the others were nearby.
• The blast continues, knocking the blue guy back, and moving towards Mira and Mastermind who are still in the back of the room.
• A bit of Pulse flying with cords attached to her back.
• The door to the room is forcefully set down in front of Mira and Mastermind (with Pulse behind it).
• Pulse is holding back the door as it's hit with the blast.  She says something like "These doors are made from some kind of space rock and they're indestructible!".

Page 453-

• Mean Evie focuses her blast on the door.
• Pulse is being pushed back.
• The two fast women run up and help her push.
• Annie looks back at Mira and Mastermind and asks why aren't they done yet.
• In Evilyn's mind, Mira talks to Evilyn.
• Another view, with lots of room for text.

I knew Annie would come in with the door as a shield, but she doesn't play a giant part in what's next.  That seemed like it would be too silly to think a D-Class hero could do more than be support.

I felt like I have several options here for a resolution-

• Nigel, Mira and Arim escape with Evilyn's and become villains to protect her.
• The solution to Mean Evie is something about Evilyn's mind or memories.
• She fails and they take her powers away, or kill her.
• There's a way to have her gain control of Mean Evie under certain conditions.

I didn't have one picked out in advance, but I think I've selected one recently.
