Okay, there's obviously three different things going on here-

• One is Mean Evie doesn't seem like much of a threat yet.
• One is Annie is being adventurous as always and trying to come up with a way to fuel her suit (considering she's already out of power, as said a few chapters ago).  I was going to have a joke about where she was hiding her ring (Tabitha gave her advice to keep things in her cleavage, her "vault"), but cut it for space.  While Annie isn't an equal to these B-Class heroes, there's certainly a role for her.
• And lastly, even though this chapter is about Evilyn, we're going to accidentally learn more about Mira and Arim.  This won't be the full origin story for the cyborg twins yet, but there's a lot to discover about them.  I thought I should show a different side of tough-girl Mira, and also show how much she's willing to help Evilyn.
