Pulse 388 WIP 3 (Patreon)

Almost got this done, but ran out of time to work on it at the moment.  I may get some time during the day to complete it, but it might end up a Saturday page.

(Because I'm late, this WIP goes up for all Patreons.)

What's left is the dialog (although I have a vague idea what they are saying), and there need to be some fixes to the background, and Lucy's right leg is missing in the last panel.

The dialog is something like-

Panel 1: Charlotte and Annie suggest Lucy won't wear Charlotte's outfit because she isn't sure she'd look good in it.

Panel 2: Lucy complains, but she's wearing it.

Panel 3: Lucy reminds them that Charlotte also had two other alternative outfits, one for each of them.

Panel 4: Dr. Mae either tells them Charlotte's grandparents will be over for diner, or comments she'll be leaving for work soon.  Lucy says that revenge won't take long.

This is a setup for Charlotte to wear a different costume.  She'll decide that the one she ends up wearing isn't that bad and switch to it.
