So for the Stopping Steam Updates video I think what I'm going to show are:

• Stop steam from auto starting with the PC
• Make games only update on launch
• Make sure Steam is open before you open your mod managers
• Use alternative apps, like script extenders, when your game has one
• Set Appmanifest to read only. and how to find the app ID and manifest for your particular game @here

I just finished writing that out. Considering to do a future video where I show how to use SteamDepot stuff to role any game back ( @Magus 80 - GP ) as well as mention how to back up files on your own (copy and paste game folders and .exes) if you're really concerned.
