I've been putting this build together since the beginning of July. I've had to send many parts back and wait for new ones to arrive since then.

Everything seems to be working well. CPU overclocked and seems stable so far (keeping an eye on it). RAM clocked and all of my programs are installed that I need to create content. I've turned off everything I can in Windows 11 (first time using it) to make things more performance friendly and efficient (their streamlining of things doesn't benefit workflow very well). I still need to transfer all of my assets over from my old build/storage and I'll be doing that tomorrow (transfering to my new drives, setting up proper workflow paths).

The final thing I have to do is reorganize my desk. The new PC is rather huge and it doesn't fit with my old setup lol. I'll be spending some time reorganizing monitors/mics/speakers/wires. I should be up and running again in a day or two = )

Once everything is organized I will take some pictures and make a YouTube post in the community tab about it all with Specs and stuff. Very close to being back in productioin. Thank you for your support.

Awesome Michael! I love getting these updates. I built my new PC this year, and had a lot of issues with parts on working. I am troubled that I still haven’t sent the products in for RMA, partly because I don’t know what to expect. For my sons laptop, i bought him a Samsung 980 that doesn’t work, and cost me lost data and $ at the repair shop. When it cam to my build, the initial Mobo I bought doesn’t run my RAM sticks and the BIOS’ don’t update. The second Mobo I bought came DOA and scratched, I unfortunately didn’t realize that until after 30 days. I then bought another Mobo that will run the RAM speeds that I bought I’m happy I now have a working PC. It’s been a very costly issue, in which I have buried my head. Mainly because of subconscious fear. Can you please share your experiences with bad parts, and what you’ve experienced with RMA’s if you’ve done so.

Almost everything I buy is rom amazon ( a few things from new egg and some pieces directly from corsair). It's usually the amazon stuff that I have to return lol. Which is fine, as they don't ask me anything. Just make sure I save the boxes and all the pieces until I test stuff out. Repack it the way it came and ship it back (kohls or UPS are what they offer for me). Its never been anything more than that. The 30 day thing does suck. I've never gone over the time limit. I get highly stressed just thinking about it.
