New tier created! (Patreon)

Hi guys since the $1 tier is actually sold out, I decided to create another tier starting at $3.

This tier has the same benefits as the tier D not much will change in the near future until I update my game development.

Also I modified the early access time for Tier A and B from 2 months to 1 month and 15 days.
