Because some people pledged only for acquire a mod and after that delete the pledge, Yukikaze mod will be the last Mod with "public" DL key, This off course is in the hand of those who likes pledge and retire. 

I will ban all the people that keeps this practice for sure, I'm very clear with my mods showing the progress and a lot of pictures related. If you want to see  more pictures or want to know some aspects about any Mod just ask me, if you aren't sure to make a pledge.
