While a sim is wearing the collar, they are unable to refuse sex requests (Wicked Whims).

A sim wearing the collar can be zapped by the appropriate interaction found directly on the collar wearer.

After getting zapped, they get a random moodlet - positive or negative. Only positive if the wearer has the Humiliation Slut trait from "Atropos" Brainwashing Machine

There is a short cooldown of several ingame minutes before you can zap the sim again- however the received moodlet stays and you wont get another until the active one expires.

Caveats - There needs to be enough clear space in front of the sim to get shocked.

It might actually work without the Jungle Adventure, but its likely going to be missing the electrocution animation.

Another Sims first I am fairly confident. At this point, I should be getting a call from the Guinness people. This took a heap of time, but I still have other ideas that I wanted to put in- specifically I wanted to be able to order the sim with the collar to cook, clean, go to sleep, stand at attention and some other stuff. I got some of it kinda working, but not reliably for actual release. So there is a chance for a feature expansion in the future if enough people care.
