Hey, so overnight the last release got a lot of positive attention, so that might spell a future return to this sort of content in a more refined way. Something I didnt expect, but hey, I am not complaining, I like building stuff. 

Now that I´ve figured the limits of the room system and how liberal I should be with using content packs, I´ve mainly wanted to post this update for the individual room requirements, as tray importer left out some packs and aside from that, the importance of packs changes wildly in between the rooms.

Now I would still recommend having all of them, but hey, I understand that EA tends to massively overprice stuff.

Legend:

Red - these packs are considered essential to either achieve the intended function or aesthetic feel.

Yellow - considered a soft requirement. Using the asset without the pack might strip functionality that is difficult to find outside of third party CC or other official content packs.

Green - optional packs, the items from these are used simply because I liked the look and could be replaced by something else. However since the game does crap job at telling you what it deleted, you should still probably have these, as otherwise you will find conspicuously empty spaces in the rooms for no apparent reason.


Edit: Remember to place rooms with bb.moveobjects cheat enabled.

Since these are just tray files, no CC can be missing as no CC is packaged. Its just tray importer being tray importer, dont worry about it.

This is amazing content but I'm having some technical issues. Am able to place all rooms in build mode and then move to live mode, however trying to load back in to the lot from Manage Worlds/travelling from another household I get a 'Game failed to load' error with the following code: 102:20ece5dd:d0d57950 Has anyone else experienced this or is it just my game?

What is Error Code 102:20ece5dd "Error Code 102:20ece5dd is caused by CC that is used in dorms but doesn't works for dorms. If you place those in the dorms and then try to load the dorms, you will be pulled back to the map and see this error code." Is that related to your lot?

I googled and had similar results - it shouldn't be to be honest as that lot was just the rooms from the dungeon added to a blank lot (tried as a basement level with a room added on ground level with just a door and some stairs, and all at ground level with just a door added to the entrance room.
