But here's prince first part-ish flashback-- (there's another part) NOOOoooo Jiyuu doesn't remember his child version and only just found out she met him before because of the book of memories she accidentally stumbled on on the previous chapter.

She didn't introduce herself as princess, and she left in a hurry without properly introducing themselves to each other... giving the point that he should also go back to where he came from to avoid being sick for being soaked for too long. (and that she hated the random boy almost died in her favorite secret place she runs and relaxes to)
