Recap of the original backstory: Jiyuu's mother works for the commission and discriminates her for her quirk, calling it filthy and such. Has a private group of medical experts in quirks have them extract her blood and transfusing her with regular ordinary blood

Quirks are PART OF A PERSON, so with the brutal process of extracting her virus quirk, they are basically ripping a portion of her every three months keeping her in a quirkless state although the biological bonus of her as a person is speed [only 50% fast compared to hawk's 100%] and agility, And the commission used those attributes to give her hero training together with young Keigo Takami.

On one unfortunate day while Keigo was away for training and a chance to work with Endeavor, Jiyuu who was left in the facility finally lost her sense of control and endurance to continue with the pain of draining pieces of her and retaliated causing a massacre of multiple commission staff before running away leaving her mother injured and a bewildered CEO of the commission facility
