Quirks:

Jiyuu Chisuke

Chisuke (Blood / To help or aid) Jiyuu (Freedom)

Quirk: Blood Virus lets her manipulate her own blood volume and can manipulate victims blood when injured/ infected by her own blood (via cuts/ puncture/ etc)

Blood loses it's manipulation and Infection effect when physically detached from the host/ user (including not being able to absorb it back either)

Also cannot absorb blood that's already mixed in victims blood (Losing blood per person infected)

Blood type O negative (O-)

Ryuusei Todoroki

Ryuusei (means: Dragon /Shooting star/shine bright)

Quirk is an abnormal mix from both his parents (Dabi: Cremation & Jiyuu: Blood Virus)

Able to manipulate his blood volume and setting his blood on fire at will, unlike Dabi's that generate flame naturally.

Manipulating his blood externally and inflaming it from a certain distance prevents him from burning himself (There is a chance he will set himself on fire with the lack of concentration)

Injecting/ Infecting victims with his blood lets him manipulate theirs or burst them into human torches

loses blood depending on how many people he infect (injecting his blood to victims) and loses blood FASTER when using large scale flame attack with his own blood.

Manipulation and infection effect loses it’s shape when it’s not attached to the host/ user (So long range shots are a no go)

NO he's not a Villain / Hero / Vigilante. He doesn't dislike society enough to plot its downfall but severely doesn't care about it.
