And yes. I love these episodes. The tragic justice for the family, the humanity the Doctor left behind being the difference between love and dismissal, Martha's confessions, Timothy's speech (fire, and ice, and rage. Gets me every time!), and just the closure we almost never get in Doctor Who. I'm so glad you enjoyed it! If there's one thing to be said about this show...the lows can be low...but the risks they take, accepting they could fail spectacularly, can give us some real art in storytelling. Thank you for holding on!!
