To answer your questions: Tao would still consider himself straight, since he is attracted to only women and Elle has transitioned to female. As for voice feminization, it’s done through a combination of a surgery to raise the pitch of the voice, and speech therapy. Transitioning in early puberty can also help stop the voice from deepening.
